Joseph Caselli is the Owner/Broker of Caselli Commercial Properties, Inc. After graduating in 1970 from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Joe owned and operated Caselli Real Estate, Inc. to 2003. At that time, the residential operations were sold, allowing the firm to concentrate on the commercial real estate market. Mr. Caselli is a member of the Greater Bridgeport Board of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Consolidated Multiple Listing Service. He was a member of the Stratford Economic Development Commission and Bridgeport Business Council. Joe also served on the Environmental Remediation Committee in Stratford. Mr. Caselli is also the Owner and Vice President of Home Building Construction Co., Inc., a general contracting firm building homes in Fairfield County for almost 50 years. Joe resides in Stratford with his wife and has two grown sons.

Hugh Hoyt (“Ted”) has been a commercial/industrial real estate sales agent with Caselli Commercial Properties, Inc. (formerly Caselli Real Estate, Inc.) since 1975. He attended Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT and Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT. Mr. Hoyt is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Connecticut Commercial Investment Division. Ted also served as past president of the Stratford Tennis Association and was Assistant Tennis Coach for the Bunnell High School Tennis Teams from 1996 to 2002. Ted resides in Stratford with his wife and has two grown children.

Joseph Pavlik ("Joe") has been in real estate since 1978 and is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Pavlik graduated from the University of New Haven in 1969 with a BS degree in Business Management and the University of Bridgeport in 1975 with an MBA degree in Marketing. Joe was active in town sports from 1992-2002, where he coached both PAL softball and Sterling House community soccer. Joe is a lifetime resident and resides in Stratford with his wife and two daughters.

Rose Aiello (“Rosie”) has been employed by the Caselli family since 1986 and as the office and property administrator since 1993. Rose graduated in 1978 from the Weylister Secretarial School at the University of Bridgeport with a minor in Accounting. She was active in the Monroe Little League from 1995 to 2001, including Treasurer, concession manager and a member of the Baseball Operations Committee. Ms. Aiello also served on the Executive Board of the Masuk High School Parent Teacher Club from 2000 to 2007, including several years as Treasurer. As an active member of the United Methodist Church of Monroe, she has held various positions, including chairperson of its Administrative Council. Rose resides in Monroe with her husband and three sons.
